Hospira Bacteriostatic Water for Injection, USP
Hospira Bacteriostatic Water (commonly called BAC Water) is a sterile, non-pyrogenic solution of water for injection that contains 0.9% benzyl alcohol as a preservative. This preservative inhibits the growth of bacteria, allowing the vial to be used repeatedly for up to 28 days after initial entry.
